Greetings - I am representing a family that is selling +/- 1800 Acres in Eastland County, Tx.

The primary focus is on a 659 Acre tract that will probably be sold to a hunter.

There are several other tracts that could be separated and sold for a smaller permaculture operation.

7-8 different main tracts of land - all in Eastland County - mostly flat terrain - old orchards, creeks, a few water wells, some sub irrigated land, old hay pastures, cattle pastures, lots of land with wild hogs
will be getting soil tests soon and can share results.

The main piece (where I spent some time growing up) has a 2,200 SF home with recently renovated siding, storm windows, porches, bathrooms w/ walk in shower, utility room that allows access to restrooms / clean up after working in the corrals

large oaks trees and pecan trees throughout lots of the main property - former pecan orchard that needs some tlc

all fields are currently planted with 'tifton 85 hay' but have produced a variety of crops in the past: peanuts, pecans, potatoes, watermelons.

Would love to talk to anyone interested - nick@cgaworldwide.com / nicholas.u@att.net

Thanks for Your time.

Hey Nic, sounds interesting; can we get a little more info? it might help garner more interest.

Can you describe the terrain - flat or hilly, a mix of both? is it farmland or more wilderness?

Any trees, creeks, ponds, or existing buildings?

How far is it to town?(you don't have to say which, to protect privacy)

He got surgery to replace his foot with a pig. He said it was because of this tiny ad:
GAMCOD 2025: 200 square feet; Zero degrees F or colder; calories cheap and easy
