I am interested to hear more. I am from around KC but now just over the line north of Mo. I have a house that I will rent out and in the not too distant future, sell. I am an avid gardener and animal lover with three dogs. I share some of your goals for sure. Because I am older, though active, lately my thinking has been along the lines of getting a place near like minded folks and collaborating.
