Permaculture farm community forming

We are building a community on a 169 acre permaculture farm in Southwest Missouri. The farm was established in permaculture principles and ethics over 16 years ago and is ready for like minded people to come together. We're looking for friends, community, family tribe call it what you will. What we're building here is more than ourselves, we're building for the future generations based in sustainability and happiness. How far from the southeast Kansas border is the farm?

We're near the town of Ava, so I would say about two and a half to three hours from Kansas.

I am interested to hear more. I am from around KC but now just over the line north of Mo.  I have a house that I will rent out and in the not too distant future, sell.  I am an avid gardener and animal lover with three dogs. I share some of your goals for sure.  Because I am older, though active, lately my thinking has been along the lines of getting a place near like minded folks and collaborating.  I could not rule out investing in a project like yours and joining in as well if it seemed mutually harmonious. I realize this is an old post, but I wanted to reach out anyway.
My wife and I are likely moving to southern Missouri this year, for the purpose of finding land to basically start an off-grid intentional community, so I think we may have some similar goals and visions.
We're in our 20s/30s. We love God, people, and nature. We have a range of skills and experience, but we don't want to do this on our own. We're looking for more people with similar visions who are willing and able to join together to create a different and hopefully better way of life for ourselves than what the "status quo" american way of life offers.
