I went to Alaska a couple years ago and bought a sourdough cookbook when I was there. There is a sourdough gingerbread recipe in it. I actually tried it last week and it was pretty good. I’m not really good at baking but I think someone with a little talent could make something really tasty with it. I have a picture of the recipe since I sent it to my friend but I don’t know how to put it here.
