Blackstrap Molasses is good, but you want vitamin C at the same time.

I would not use that much vinegar unless ulcers are your thing.

Your problem is more likely that your body is not absorbing enough, or even more likely, using iron to detox. Your regular diet may be making you lose all your iron.

This is a good site: http://www.westonaprice.org/ about raw milk and lots of other things.

Um no... Child flatulence disappears with removal of milk in many cases as well. (I have a friend who is a councilor for school kids, that parents come too)

Raw milk is better for you than pasteurized milk when it comes from healthy cows, but should be used to make products that are beneficial to consume.

Raw milk butter is intensely powerful for healing intestines and consequently skin (acne etc). The other products are far easier to digest, and contain higher amounts of beneficial components. Hard non-blue cheeses being good for starving bad bacteria in gut (not everyone is prone to this) and whey based cheeses have been shown to increase insulin reception.

Funny how rice crust makes me feel well, dairy in cheese form doesn't really bother me, soy makes me feel good, but the one thing that might give me heart burn is the tomato sauce.

So how well doest the "crust" hold together?

Cook less...

That is why the U.S. is fat and disgusting. How about "cook smarter". Cook grains in preparation for more than one meal, use alternatives like solar, etc. Plus a fuller fridge is a more efficient one.

I am sure some of you are familiar with the concept. You may also know that CFL's are considered one of the worst offenders people are exposed too. I am sure Paul's friend from the podcast about CFL's understands the sensitivity of seizures induced by unwanted frequencies.

The idea is that you are shunting a lot of noise that is otherwise getting into everything that uses electricity around you.

Ideally this would be placed somewhere pre-sitting/sleeping area on the same circuit. However so long as it comes before the items you have plugged in around you, or at the same power strip, it will work.

I sleep better as far as I can tell even though I am not doing a controlled test. My nightstand has a fan, alarm clock, and light on it (all AC ran).

The filter consists of a 25uf capacitor (AC rated), and a 2 million ohm resistor across the switch so it will discharge the capacitor when you turn it off. Without the resistor it would discharge when you remove it, causing an arc (I had a crude version and it arced real easy). I also earth grounded the case for safety.

It is most effective on blood type O for sleeping. For others it may not do much.

Bromelian is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatories out there.

Causes of headaches vary. They can be blood pressure, lack of omega 3's, bad gut flora, allergies (sinuses), etc.

Treating the headache solely, is silly, you must treat your unique self into health so you will not get them anymore. True things will relieve it, but the fact you are having them is more an issue of other problem/s.

I don't know about eating Pine but...

Larch powder (Larch Arabinogalactan; ARA6) is one of the healthiest things humans can consume for improving the immune system (and other things). Unlike echinacea it is safe for everyone.

What I can't find is an explanation of how to make your own.

Not all herbs work on everyone.

My favorite guide. (I often look at the ingredients of some of the supplements that are also listed, since I don't have money to buy them all the time, but god damn they are high quality in ways that no other company has ever been for anything I have taken)

Corin Royal Drummond wrote:Nettles are the premier herb for anemia. They're full of iron, minerals, B vitamins, and are 5% protein by weight. Drink with peppermint to make a tasty tea. One handful of dried leaves per liter of hot water, steeped 30 min and drunk within 24 hours.

And no vitamin C.... Goji berries are more potent. Nettles however have superb ability for fighting bad microbial life (like candida). Among other things...

"Proper hormone balance: Nettle root that has been used in Germany for more than a decade to treat prostate enlargement, has been shown to reduce symptoms by 86% after 3 months of use. This effect has been confirmed by numerous supportive studies. Some chemical agents of nettle root are able to block the enzyme 5a-reductase, which is responsible for the formation of DHT from testosterone - the main villain involved in the development of male-pattern hair loss in men and stress-induced hair loss in women." - D'Adamo
