PEP BB homesteading.straw.tarpcargo - Cover cargo with a tarp for transit

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP Curiculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Homesteading

In this Badge Bit you will cover cargo with a tarp and show that it stayed dry during transit.

Tarp stands for tarpaulin! Weather on the open road can be unpredictable. A good way to keep your cargo dry during transport is to throw a tarp on it. Be sure to account for road speeds and the resulting angles of rainfall.

To complete this BB minimum requirements are:
-cover cargo with a tarp
-secure the tarp well enough to handle a 100 mile drive at highway speeds
-the tarp remained secure during transit
-cargo remained dry during transit

To document your completion of the BB, provide proof of the following as pics or video (less than two minutes):
-show the uncovered cargo
-show covered cargo and how the tarp is secured on all sides
-show the cargo having been transported to an obviously different location with tarp still secure
-if it rained during your travel, show the cargo is dry upon arrival

Clarifications:
-if it didn't rain during your trip, that's ok.  The certifier will assess how well your tarp appears to be secured against the elements
