Where to find land in South Spain or portugal - off grid living!

Hi everyone!
My name is Helen. My partner and I live in the uk and looking for suitable land for us to live and start our new adventure away from the uk.
We are in our late 30s with 2 daughters over 18..we started young! They aren't planning on coming with us, but I a do hope in the future they will see how much better it is than city life, and they will join us.

So right now we are looking for suitable land, with a river possibly a well and enough land to start our permaculture garden.
We would only need 2000m2 upwards I should think.
Can anyone give me ideas or costs too??
