I give this Critter Breeder 9 out of 10 acorns: https://www.mypetchicken.com/  I ordered day-old chicks from them a few years ago and am planning on using them again.  I've found they have lower minimum orders than a lot of other breeders.  My last order was for 15 chicks, I got them in early March, right as we got a cold snap here in the U.P. of Michigan. About half survived the trip.  MyPetChicken was very helpful and immediately offered replacements - we talked and decided to have them ship those replacements in April so that we wouldn't have a repeat of those lost chicks. They have a nice selection of breeds,  and I find their customer service very helpful. I only need a few new hens this year so we will be ordering from them again - their minimum depends on where you are and the time of year (it's higher when the weather is very cold).   I give them 9 instead of 10 because I wish they would add a few more breeds. Otherwise they are fantastic.

That's a very big dog. I think I want to go home now and hug this tiny ad:
