farming opportunity on 170 acres in southwest Georgia intentional community

For 77 years, the community at Koinonia Farm has cared for the land and supported itself through various farming endeavors - pecans, peanuts, grapes, blueberries, cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens. Now we are looking for someone with fresh vision and energy to help us carry on our tradition of sustainable agriculture. We are open to a variety of proposals including long-term land leasing and employment. Farm-raised food is served in our dining hall to residents, interns, and guests, sold at our farm store, and shipped through our mail-order business. On-farm housing may be available.
