Do you know if they rotate the webinars? I would have loved to have attended the HS one!

Nope, I'm sorry. My friend has been busy writing her first book, and so hasn't run it again.
But I'll let you know when and if she does.

Last night I thought of something.... I signed up for Wardeh's traditional foods cooking course and my daughter (who is homeschooled) and I went through it at the same time.

You get access to the step by step instructions, recipes and their videos, plus everything to download and build your own binder for each lesson. It's all there and all at your own pace so it's perfect for home lessons. You even get access to the members only forums to ask any questions you may have. Each lesson has it's own thread and person who answers all questions.

Here is the link in case you want to check into it, all the best!

Thanks for these great links! I never learned to cook when I was a kid at home. This is great. I'm really excited about fermenting and traditional cooking. Thanks so much. (-:

PS Why is 'Hatfield' showing up by my name? What is that?
