Last night I thought of something.... I signed up for Wardeh's traditional foods cooking course and my daughter (who is homeschooled) and I went through it at the same time.

You get access to the step by step instructions, recipes and their videos, plus everything to download and build your own binder for each lesson. It's all there and all at your own pace so it's perfect for home lessons. You even get access to the members only forums to ask any questions you may have. Each lesson has it's own thread and person who answers all questions.

Thanks! its not so much the instructions onTF that I need, I learned al of that from my grandparents. I was interested especially in the HS angle. I shall keep an eye out incase it runs again.
