Worm.composting books

I got worms a couple months ago from an online source.  I now have a non of red wigglers and another bin of European night crawlers.  They are both doing well, but I want to make sure I don't mess things up somehow.  I would like a bit more ideas both on farming the worms, ideas for uses of the castings and also different ways of making and using worm tea.

The main point of this post is to ask those with experience at doing this for recommendations on good worm farming books or other references.

I have found a few really good videos, but I would also like to have a printed reference.

Ralph, I think the classic work is "Worms Eat My Garbage" by Mary Appelhof.
