Wanted: homesteading apprenticeship

Hey everyone,
I am looking for any modern day homesteading apprenticeships in the US for next year. 
I'd really love to live in a close community, learn about growing food, raising animals, using draft horses/oxen, natural building, sustainable forestry, arts and crafts, food preservation, old time music, etc...  Anything along those lines!  I'd love to explore a new region like Appalachia, the Northeast/New England, or the midwest.
