Looking for folks interested in collaboratively buying land. Primary objective is to buy a larger tract to get a more affordable price per acre. Goal is not to start a specifically intentional community or commune, although willing and interested to discuss some collaborative enterprises.

Purpose of buying land must be long-term sustainable development and management, care for land, connection with nature, establishment of viable homestead, increased self-reliance, climate resilience, etc. Obviously not looking for anyone trying to buy a vacation home.

Serious inquiries only. Looking for people by and large under age 40, but please feel free to get in touch if this resonates. Likely not looking to buy immediately, probably within about a year, but depends on the site.

Primarily interested in mid to Northern Vermont.
