Seattle Tilth is Hiring!

Seattle Tilth, a leader in organic food garden education, has a job opening for an experienced Garden Educator.  We are looking for dynamic people with a love of teaching and gardening to spread the word about the exciting world of soil, plants, insects and more.  For more information and for a complete job description, go to http://www.seattletilth.org/about/employment.

In Seattle Tilth’s Demonstration Garden Program, the Garden Educator will teach adults how to grow food and maintain a landscape organically.  Seattle Tilth specializes in hands-on education and we offer beginning through advanced level classes to the public in our two demonstration gardens, as well as in other Seattle area locations.  Our demonstration gardens in the Wallingford and Mt. Baker neighborhoods of Seattle are maintained through a volunteer education program under the guidance of the Garden Educator. Position closes January 5, 2009.
