Permie friends, I finally got another
video made of my plastic barrel canoe re-build. I had another post here on Permies -Giving My Plastic barrel Canoe A Good Ribbing. This time I'm showing how I took the old wooden ribs out that were rotting, they are about 18 years old, and put new PVC pipe ribs in to connect the seam. When I get all the ribs in then I will try to plastic weld it at the seams. I may have to make my own plastic welder.
I am trying to be as thorough as I can be so if anyone has questions please let me know and I'll try to
answer them. Also I plan to make a model out of
cardboard to help anyone who is interested in building one for themselves and put it in an up coming video.
Also if anyone here in the mid west is planning on going to Bakers Creek Spring Seed Festable I plan to be there Sunday May 4, There will be thousands of people there. I'm not a speaker or anything but some of the well known Homesteaders will be there, Living Traditions Homestead will be one of the speakers. not sure about Off Grid with Doug and Stacey but they spoke last year. Anyway if anyone is going hope to see you there.
