I planted out a bed of various tree and vine seeds about 3 years ago for my food forest, all stratified and had great success.

My problem in that the labeling did not take but at least I kept the names of seeds planted.  So I planted 3 vines:

Hardy kiwi
Amir grape
Trumpet creeper vine

Any ideas which one this is? Does not look like grape.
