Hi Guys,

Anyone trying to buy land in whangarei on here?

Lifestyle blocks are few and far between in whangarei, but there are some 20Ha blocks that would need subdividing... of which I can’t afford on my own but I could if I went 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 shares in the land.

Let’s band together and make this happen? Or at least get talking about it.

Please email me if you have the capital for your share and contribution towards subdivision.

Cheers

Stephen

If I'm not mistaken that works out to about $500,000 US for 30 acres in paradise.

I've just asked to join the FB group. I definitely would prefer to go in for land with a like-minded group. I'm really worried about buying land with no community around me.
