Hi Permies

My wife & I, we've found this little campsite in central France, about 10 hectares (~24 acres). The high season is only about 10 weeks in Summer, it is currently closed for the rest of the year. We're thinking about running it as a farm as well to generate extra income. The ideal would be a really nice natural environment that campers are free to wonder, there's a big lake onsite and plenty of free space. Fairly high altitude with cold winters. What suggestions would people have for farm activities that would integrate well into a campsite? Here's our criteria:

-Low maintenance in Summer, higher in Winter (the opposite of normal I guess).
-Not smelly or loud or dangerous or ugly. The complete opposite in fact.
-Not requiring massive amounts of experience or investment.

We are still very much in the planning stages

thanks a lot!
