Bottle Gourd leaf disease

Anyone can help me figuring out what is the problem with these gourd leaf? Is this powdery mildew or something else. It is spreading day by day and i cannot control it.

looks like the mildew i get on my squash and beans in the winter (when it's foggy here). The internet is full of recipes for baking soda sprays, which I've had mixed luck with. i've also tried milk with poorer results.

i tried the milk solution one week ago. not much improvement.

have tried ever neem oil solution that available in home deport?
