Takakura Composting Method

I learned about the Takakura Composting Method yesterday. It's like aerobic bokashi mixed with Korean Natural Farming's IMO process.

There are several videos on the usual video site from The Philippines, Central America, and India that riff on this method. I don't think I'll try it because my worms get dibs on my food waste but if I didn't have them, I'd try this over bokashi.
