We have a 50 acre forested property with 4(2 new & 2 older) off-grid structures in Canada for sale. It is amidst an organic community of homesteaders. But we don't know how to reach the right buyers since we are not on social media. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Whereabouts in Canada are you? I would be interested myself if it were in the right place, and if the price and terms were right.

Can you tell us a little more? Is there an ad to link to, or some pictures, or a map?

We are in NB.

You can find much more information and pictures on our website under the "For sale" or "Blog" navigation tabs.
The price is a fraction of what it would cost in Toronto or Ontario, AB, BC etc. if there was such a property and community.
I'm not sure what you mean by the "terms". The terms are probably no different than a conventional sale.
