I was gifted a million cucumbers and some various peppers. I decided it was the perfect opportunity to make pickles. I'm oddly craving pickles this pregnancy so I canned A LOT of pickles Monday night.
I cold packed the jars and then put the hot brine in before canning. Seems to have worked just fine. Won't know for 6 weeks but excited!
Did bread and butter and dill and put hot peppers in some of them.
