Dear Paul: I have read and liked all your notes in this foro and have a question for you. I have some bare spots y my yard (otherwise acceptable) like if someone had written some scrambled words in it. Sometimes it's obout 1 foot wide, sometimes is about 2 feet across. What should I do? overseed the spots? fill it up with sod? wait until fall to re-seed it? I'd appredciate, Paul, your klnowable response. Thank you.

Hmmmm ....  the first thing to do is to understand what happened.

Are there actual letters in your lawn?  Did somebody do something?

Can you post a pic?
