Hi. I was wondering about your pasture raised pork. Where are you located? Is it cut and wrapped? What cuts of pork would you have if you bought 1/2 a pig? I am looking for naturally raised meat for my family.
I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. We are located just south of Polson, MT. The pork is purchased live from us, Fresh Roots Farm, and then you pay the processor for the cuts. You will receive the meat cut and wrapped. A half is half of the animal. You get the full range of cuts (steaks, bacon, ham, country ribs, etc). Are you located in Montana? We have some pork left.
