I lived in Douglas county for a few years once.

What size is the property?

The house for rent is on a 1 acre corner of a 50 acre property with woods, hills, and creek.

How much is rent, and is internet or great cell signal for a hotspot available? Been thinking about moving down that way, but was thinking it’d be a couple more years. Might be in a year or less now...

The rent would be determined based on the situation.

You would need to get satellite internet (about $70/month). There is already a pole for mounting the dish. You can get cell phone reception in the kitchen in front of the window.

We're volunteer caretakers on a NE Texas farm right now, but we'll have to move very soon.  The owner passed away a little over a month ago, and the estate must sell.
