windmill for water

Hello, I am wondering if anyone can give me information about preparing my water pumping windmill for the windless season. I live in Mexico and there is a very hot slow moving time of year here that can last up to 3 months. I raise organic gardening and organic meats. I am wondering if I can rig up an engine to my windmill to make it pump during the slow wind time ? Or if I can run another pipe down to the water (300 feet) and pump it up with a solar water pump ?

My name is Danny I don't realy have a quik fix for the windles months solar is an idea put expensive and the people i know who have it say it decays before it pays it self back i am thinking of building a windmil my self and was wondering what kind of windmil do you have ?
and any information on your windmil would be great how does it pump the water to the surfice ? piston pump etc
Back to your 3 months being windles i also have a simelar problem luckely not so long 1 month max
i have seen farmers here make giant above ground water storidge with sand wals and plastic foile over it to then gravety feed water when there is no wind
I stil haven't figured out if this is economicly a good idea becouse plastic decays in sun to so
I just came back from romenia Transelvanian mountains where the water just comes out of mountain springs i was a little jelous HAHA
