We are a committed couple in Michigan with a 3 year old and have been searching for a long time to be part of a community family. We unfortunately will still have to pay child support for 2 of my husband's daughters, who he doesn't get to see very often and will have to pay $365 a month for the next 7 years. So, a community that is 100% income sharing is what we are hoping for or where one of us can work part time nearby to earn that portion every month and live on minimal income. We are extremely hard working, have experience working and staying in an intentional community here in Michigan and are willing to travel anywhere in the US. We sold everything we own, have a GMC Suburban 8 seater to share. Will provide more information on ourselves at a later time.

Thank you. Dawn

Where do you see yourself going? (we have a forming community in Mass that could be a good fit.)

We are not picky at this point in our lives. Have you acquired land in MA yet. We are seeking to join or help start a community within a month and a half or so. Need to get our truck fixed and awaiting our taxes to afford the gas, etc.

You need to leave where you're at in a month and half? We have friends/allies in the area we plan to purchase land and could possibly help you get settled there until we're there.

Hi, my husband and I have a forming intentional community just 20 minutes east of Des Moines, IA. We have 78 (65 in woods) acres of land and are currently building the first building on the land. We intend for it to be our home as well as the communal kitchen. Our goal is to create a permaculture food forest. You can read more about our plans in this presentation we created. http://www.slideshare.net/GaiaCenter/gaia-center-intentional-community-power-point. We would like to talk to you more about what you are looking for. Please contact me and we can discuss possibilities. My name is Tizzy Hyatt and my number is 515-681-6781. Thanks so much!

Tizzy, I am so encouraged to hear that you are doing this. IA is out of the area we want to settle, but it is so encouraging to hear people moving forward with projects like this. good luck!

It's a tiny ad. At least, that's what she said.
