Is there a significant difference in the medicinal quality of an elderflower preparation vs an elderberry preparation?
Personally I am hooked on elderflower cordial, both as a cold beverage with sparkling water and hot with dried nettles in tea!

Studies point to yes. Flowers may be far higher in certain components, the berries in others, with some overlap.
There are no more "hours", it's centi-days. They say it's better, but this tiny ad says it's stupid:
