I have two garden tower projects that I would like to take with me as I travel. I am thinking of having a travel trailer that is enclosed that I can put them in for a day of driving at a time. Would the radiant heat and lack of sunlight kill my plants? Would it be better to have a regular trailer and build a hog pannel cage to hold them in place? I am worried about the wind knocking them over and/or apart. I would like to have a trailer that could double as a greenhouse when parked. So I am thinking of a regular open trailer then using hog panels to create a cage around it. This cage would be uncovered when driving but then covered while parked depending on the weather etc.
Each garden tower takes up about four square feet so hypothetically I need a trailer that is four feet wide (well it would be wider because my Prius would be behind the garden when moving) and has two extra feed beyond what is needed for my car. I would also like to have a little extra storage space in the trailer outside of stuffing my car full of stuff.
I'm not the greatest at ENGINEERING AND DEVELOPING BLUEPRINTS, but if  I see someone else make something or study an existing design I am fairly decent at building stuff. I appreciate any suggestions and assistance on this crazy endeavor of mine.
Right now I have three 72 spot trays of seedlings under grow lights and about thirty thriving plants in my tower that I don't want to die when I move. That plus I want to have healthy fresh veggies on my journey of life.
