need rhizomes for bamboo Phyllostachys nigra (black bamboo)

I am trying to find a source for Black Bamboo.

I see lots of sources for seeds but I am not convinced that this is the optimal way to start black bamboo (Phyllostachys nigra )

If this is not the proper forum I would appreciate any suggestions to other forums that can help.  Thank you.
