So for those ambitious Permie educators out there, this would be the perfect site for a world class permaculture institute/demonstration project.

It has tons of infrastructure in place, from classrooms to commercial kitchens.

Yes, the price is steep, but this place might just be the next Wheaton Labs or Zaytuna Farms!
