Hello. Hobby farmer here in MN. We have raised pastured pigs before, I love it. I have the opportunity to buy 2 pure bred Mangalitsa 125# gilts. They both have rings in their nose. I want them to root and forage and I already have fields planted with forage crops. The seller said they can be removed. Is there any risk of infection or damage after removing the nose rings?
