Chronology of the Krameterhof

I was curious to know how much has been recorded of the order in which Sepp Holzer transformed his mountainside. Does this info exist anywhere, in video, book, or lecture form?

in his English translation of his book he starts out with his first childhood garden, so I guess it is quite a bit of history, but not sure it is what you are seeking
