Identifying grain

How can I identify grains and other grasses?

The first one came up with some wheat that I planted last fall.

I'm guessing the second one is either wheat or barley. The utility guys planted it after doing some work.

Second looks like triticale. Wheat/Rye cross. I'm growing it as well.
