White and black spots on my Spearmint

There’s little white and black bugs on my mint, I’ve also noticed a spiderweb around it. I’m not sure how to get rid of them and what’s the best way possible, in order to get rid of them and not harm the plant in the process.

I’d love it if I could get some advice on how to get rid of them.

Looks like it could either be whitefly or aphids.  You could try an insecticidal soap or make you own using dish liquid and water.
