Looks like cherry leaf spot. It’s definitely a fungus though. There are a few things I remember about it. You have to get up all leaf litter in fall. I’d probably get rid of any leaf that looked infected now too. I believe that a mulch of straw is helpful also. Good luck Troy and keep us posted. Scott

I bought some fungicide for my apple trees, i wonder if that would work?
