Interesting stone and wood roundhouse build

I'm sure some other permies are following these guys, building a roundhouse in Ireland. Some interesting rustic roundwood framing going on, and in earlier episodes, some wild gathering and stone cooking.
Not a how-to at all, more just following their project for fun.
