While not a perfect permie build, this video has a lot to be admired.  

Roundwood timberframe sans fasteners

Wood-fired mass
Cobbish stuff
Wattle

A very similar design could be easily implemented with no osb, or glue, and the firing mechanism could easily be a RMH.
