Parking for a tiny home in Temecula/Murrieta

Hi all, I just attended a workshop on building a tiny home. Anyone know of a place to build and park a tiny home in this area? It would be off grid and compost toilet. I only need water and key factor high speed internet because I work from home. Thank you!
