Small community possibility in Oklahoma.  We have a dream of sharing a 9 acre private parcel with 2-3 other families, for integrated farmsteading and offering 99 year leases for 2-3 acres in exchange for helping with infrastructure, work and commitment.
How do we best go about finding good matches for such project.
What would your ideal opportunity look like?
Property is 7-8 miles outside of Ardmore, OK near beautiful Lake Murray.
Good well onsite, 2 stock ponds, timber and clay.
Thanks,
James

My ideal community would hold drum circles, and dance and sing often after work. We would share meals often during the week, and chat around a bonfire on a regular basis. I really like the attitude that yogis often bring into the world and into relationships, so I'd love a community of self-practicing yogis, who understand and live the yamas and niyamas, and not just practice poses.

There would be young people around, to do the work that my body no longer cares to do. My ideal garden site is about 1/2 acre.

Love your ideal culture and vision of comm-unity. The drumming is phenomenal
What's your ideal construction and plot terms (from onsite materials, wattle and dob, Cob, strawbale)?  Do platted 99 year renewable, saleable, willable leases with attached 'condo' or plot owner association agreement work?   And eco off-grid natural-material <200sqft construction work, for you keeping the perimeter as commons trails.  How much home-site footprint/gardens ideal, how much shared grazing/foraging area!!   Infrastructure can be paid for with lease commitments?
Thanks for your interest and input

girl power ... turns out to be about a hundred watts. But they seriously don't like being connected to the grid. Tiny ad:
