Howdy all. I come from transportation on the food side of things. It was never my passion. With covid and the economy as it stands, I finally made the decision to switch over to having a goal of becoming a homesteader (eventually). With the supply chain broken down due to the pandemic, I was talking with friends and family about local food. Did a little research and found that it is hard to find up to date information on markets and especially vendors. So, I came up with the wild idea to start a directory. Its a massive project and realizing through my stubbornness that I will need some help if I choose to keep going down this path. The ultimate goal of the directory is to help consumers and vendors be able to find each other in an easier way. The directory will be more of a "living" directory and not just a Yellow Pages. Including photos, videos, articles, reviews, events, classifieds and more. This is my first post, so I'll keep it shorter. Just looking for thoughts from the community (good or bad) to see if this is something worthwhile to keep pursuing. Any questions/comments/concerns are appreciated. Looking for a bit of feedback to see if Kickstarter is the way to go. There are a few add on modules that I would like to get before launching.
