Seeking Permaculture Gardening Tiny Home Enthusiasts for Small Homestead (Excelsior Springs, MO)

I'm getting ready to offer a small camper on my property on a lake to a permaculture practitioner with skills in carpentry and an interest in building tiny home living spaces and sustainable living. The camper is around 95 percent remodeled and tenant can modify the inside to their own liking. Want to build a carport structure over it to create an outdoor living space and warm weather outdoor shower and kitchen. Looking for a long term tenant if it's a good fit. The camper is near my house on about an acre and a half of land that needs some permaculture design done on it. It would be an interesting property to work for a person with vision. If someone were inclined to vlogging, it would make for many good educational videos. I want to offer the space in exchange for that to be done on the camper site and work on the property and ongoing projects of interest..including gardening, planting native plants, bushes and trees, home repair as needed, etc. I would like my tenant to eventually be a property caretaker. Would love it if the tenant could grow enough veggies to sell. Would also be great to give workshops on    alternative gardening methods or whatever else they'd like to teach on site.

The camper itself is small, ten feet I believe, just a room, but it looks out on a lake with lots of waterfowl and fish and the camper is clean and dry. Laundry facility use included. Will have access to a workbench area once we reclaim it.

Looking for the right person/s with the passion for permaculture and sustainable living who would like to be part of this unique opportunity. Need a tenant with these skill sets and interests or at least a willingness to learn.

We are a meat eating family. We buy local, grass pastured meat.
Tenant would need to buy their own food, so an income of some sort would be needed.

Need someone who takes the Covid-19 Pandemic serious as I have a vulnerable Senior who lives on the property.
