Does anyone know of a really good book that gives info on the uses of lemons? I'm looking for something that tells me things like what they can do medicinally as well for cleaning. I want to know as well if the pith can be dried and used for anything? I've saved some to dry out and see what it looks like. I'm saving the seeds too in the hope of growing some lemon trees Sepp style......yer right.

I don't have a book to recommend, but preserved lemons are a great use. pretty simple to make: salt and lemons in a jar for a while. that and endless variations on lemonade are about all the ways to use lemons I need.

mmmmm sounds like a good use for lemons. I have found that a dash of fresh lemon juice in good old fashioned tap water makes it taste yum, better than the made up stuff with flavourings that you can buy.
