Most summers we are out getting muddy in someone else's yard, but this year we stayed mainly at home and Heather Mud got a chance to mound up her garden  with a lot of compost from the dairy down the street and rotting wood and leaves  from the oak forest around us.

patreon.com/unclemud for more fire and mud and garden fun.

Looks fantastic! Now questioning if I should move my blueberries closer to our pines. We recently built a few mounds over there with a dead pine we just fell without exact planting plans. My only reservation would be a few ivy roots left over there outcompeting before we get a chance to pull, year five of the battle.

Very nice!! In the town I used to live, there is a very large blueberry farm that did the hugel method. We’re talking many rows at least 100ft long. It’s in Port Orchard, Wa , I wish I could remember the name but I’ll try to find it it’s a Upick farm and they had very healthy plants
