Hi y'all!

If you're interested in living closely with other people to create a small off-grid permaculture village in an early-succession hardwood forest outside Durham, NC... please check us out!
https://www.ic.org/directory/rainwater-collective/

We're dedicated to a deep-green vision, with the goal of creating a culture and lifeway that actually, really works for the Earth and for us.  We want this village to still be here 500 years from now.

Particularly seeking folks who have lived in intentional community before and/or who are steeped (or want to steep) in cooperative culture, consensus governance, nonviolent communication, antiracism, and of course... permaculture!!

More details available upon request!  I'm not the most savvy at internet things, so if you're really interested I suggest reaching out to me via email: rachelwatersong@fastmail.com, as I'm not entirely sure if I'll get a notification when someone posts to this thread.

Be well,
Rachel

I emailed you about this opportunity and am very interested in being apart of this journey. Especially because youre located in north Carolina where i have lots of homesteading friends. So itd be really amazing to be living and working the land out there

I don't get it. A whale wearing overalls? How does that even work? It's like a tiny ad wearing overalls.
