My wife and I are getting ready to build a post and beam house with on site timber. We're looking for strong backs, intelligent minds and
community minded folks to help us build the house and the infrastructure of the homestead. All the while forming a life long friendship with unlimited opportunity to collaborate for mutual benefit.
We're experienced in community building. We are charter board members of a
local food co-op, and were both active in the peace and justice movement from the Vietnam era through the post 9-11-01 after effects such as the war in Afghanistan and Iraq. I have a background in woodworking, restaurants and other small businesses. I've always operated in the grey market; that place that maximizes liberty, service and
profit for everyone, all while minimizing contact with government especially the taxing crowd.
We offer a starting wage based on
experience, skills and tools. If you are a rank beginner with a good attitude and a strong back we offer $15.00 per hour cash money. The more useful you are the more you'll earn. We have an area with campsites and will discuss you living on site.Please know that most folks will not meet our standards. We have finely honed our ability to spot folks of good character by that same token we can spot insincerity very quickly and deal with it instantly. We have no time for
