you need to up your nitrogen for sure to grow vegetables. manure and
compost will do the job as compost adds boron.
there are lots of options for nitrogen, I use aged cow manure. dried blood is good etc... You are high on the PH for most vegetables as well. Thats what the sulfer will do, lower your PH. 6.5 is what I aim for.
Clay soil holds Phosphorus and potassium, you wont need to add any for quite a while, adding any organic matter will help those levels as well.
Leaf mold and compost both work well for most all soil problems.
