Finding Land in Oregon To Build Tiny Home

We are a tiny home company, focused on minimalism and affordable housing. We are currently looking for a place outdoors to build one of our homes, in preferably the Portland area. The only thing we require is about 500 sq ft of land, and electricity. If anyone has a farm or land they would be willing to rent out, thanks.
