Hi to all,

After some dead ends I am still looking for a nutritional profile for Autumn Olive. Yes, the fruit has abundant lycopene, all the sites mention it, but what about basic stats? Calories, protein, seed toxicity, nothing on that. Glycemic index? Has anybody actually done some serious analysis on
it? I'd sure hope so, and if anybody can point me in that direction I appreciate it.  Im after the data, not just hearsay, thanks in advance for any help. Best..M
