I wish to establish a community of approximately 10 people on land with a year-round creek in the mountains of SW Oregon in the Umpqua River watershed.

Wondering what kind of community you have in mind? Would love more information and to hear some of your ideas/plans for the community. My family will be purchasing ground in the next few months in the SW of Oregon. We have tossed around the idea of a small intentional community at times.
